File Formats:

AIAI can accept various file formats; pdf, jpg, gif, tif, psd, eps, bmp. All artwork should be at 300dpi at 100% of final size to insure satisfactory quality. If you don't see the file format on our list, please feel free to contact us with your inquiries.

Procedures:
1. Contact AIAI Art Department by phone or email to discuss project objectives, schedule and format.
2. Clients submit all source artwork via disk, in person or email. Include all necessary elements; such as logos, copy, images, etc. as needed.
3. AIAI Art department will estimate the job and submit a quote to the client.
4. Upon client acceptance of bid, a deposit (1/3 -1/2 estimate) will be required to begin work on the project.
5. AIAI will then in good faith, do our best to achieve the client's objectives.
6. All standard design projects are budgeted for 3 rounds of edits, after that, all changes will be billed at hourly rate.
7. Upon completion of design, all clients will be provided "Art Approval Form" for signature. The client is responsible for ALL edits or changes at this time. Errors due to artist error will NOT be billed to client, however after client has signed off on artwork, all further changes will be billed at hourly rate.
8. AIAI Art Department will provide final hard copies and digital format to client via appropriate delivery method, with a shipping and handling fee of $5.
9. AIAI Art Department is more than happy to work with final production vendor, assisting to insure quality, accuracy and timeline. If this is client's desire, please discuss with designer at beginning of project to maximize effeciency.
10. Final payment will be required upon completion and delivery of project.
Costs:

1. Hourly Rate: $55/hr
2. Materials, Supplies or Purchased resources necessary to complete project will be at client's expense and will be added to initial estimate for final cost.
