Winston S. Jaeb | Founder and CEO
Winston Jaeb is a native Texan. He studied Economics and Marketing at Santa Clara University and began the indoor advertising enterprise in 1988 as a means to pay for his college education.
Since founding AIAI in 1988, Mr. Jaeb has been responsible for the overall company operations. More recently, he has led the effort in developing the advertising model, the host Venue compensation model, and the customized computer software that is the backbone of enterprise operations and finally creating the idea of integrating mobile technology into AIAI's advertising model. Currently, the company has operations in seven major metropolitan areas and is now expanding nationally to the nation's 40 largest metropolitan areas. Going forward, Mr. Jaeb will assume a wider range of responsibilities, including strategic direction, business development initiatives, and overseeing the operations of its three business verticals. Mr. Jaeb will be actively involved in the development of AIAI's advertiser base and the national host venue acquisition plan as well as providing oversight to building the revenue potential of the CityCheers.com web property. |

Evan White

Evan White | President
Evan has spent the past 12 years building sales, channel and distribution strategies in pre-IPO technology companies. He managed distribution and sales operations for NetScreen thought their $3.8 billion Juniper acquisition. From there he went to Fortinet, where he built a channel program and drove a 50% increase in channel revenue his first year. His sales efforts culminated with a successful IPO in 2009. Most recently he was the VP of Global Sales Operations for NetSuite. Evan carries an MBA in Finance from Cal State Northridge and an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Economics from San Jose State University. |

Scott Logsdon lives in the Bay Area. He attended Santa Clara University, earning a BSC in Marketing. Scott's experience includes serving as Sr. Manager, Business Development at TransPak, handling Logistics and Supply Chain management, and as Sr. Manager, Global Fulfillment at Solyndra.

Ray Medieros | VP Channel Sales
Ray Medeiros has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Kent State University. He has managed many facets of operating a successful business including: operations, finance, human relations, sales and marketing in retail, import, manufacturing, financial services and computer technology. Ray was a senior executive with Runco International for nearly 15 years and worked with the CEO to develop company strategy, managed IT, advised the marketing vice president, and oversaw finance and legal operations. Ray also founded a pioneer internet company, NewGate Internet, in 1992. It was one of the first companies to market on the Internet and effectively helped companies, such as the Gap and LEGO to use the Internet to brand themselves. NewGate was recognized as an industry leader in paid search for online retailers. Recently Mr. Medeiros was instrumental in founding EECC and is following a passion for helping professionals to develop best practices within the ITAR and EAR Compliance arena. |

Jim Heisch

Jim Heisch | Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Heisch has more than 40 years of senior level business experience. He began his career with Arthur Young & Company where he became a partner in the San Jose office, responsible for the high technology auditing practice.
He left public accounting to become Sr. Vice President of Finance
of Atari, Inc. and VP of Finance at Businessland, SuperMac
Technology, and VidaMed, where he lead each of their Initial
Public Offerings. Subsequent to VidaMed’s IPO, Mr. Heisch
became President and Chief Executive Officer of VidaMed which was subsequently acquired by Medtronics, Inc.
Mr. Heisch then joined Worldtalk Communications as Chief Financial Officer and was later promoted to President/Chief Operating Officer. Worldtalk was successfully sold to Tumbleweed Communications where Mr. Heisch served as the Interim President and Chief Financial Officer until 2001 and later joined the Tumbleweed Board of Directors serving as the Chairman of the Audit Committee until Tumbleweed was acquired in 2007.
Mr. Heisch currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of New Cardio, Inc., a cardiac diagnostic and service company.
Mr. Heisch holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from San Jose State University and an MBA from the Levy School of Business at the University of Santa Clara. He has also been an instructor of Accounting and Auditing at San Jose State University and the University of Santa Clara. |

Richard is a serial entrepreneur who has spent the past four years developing mobile and social applications. The most recent project, OrderingApps, allows restaurants to create and manage cost effective mobile ordering applications. Richard has extensive experience working with development teams overseas and managing concurrent complex developments. A graduate from the University of Southern California, Richard comes to us with a degree in business with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies.

Fred Huston is a native of Saratoga, California. He attended San Jose State University where he earned a BA degree in Art & Design with a minor in Journalism. Mr. Huston has 20+ years experience in computer graphics and 8+ years of professional web design. As VP of Information Technology, Mr. Huston oversees AIAI's entire network operations including the maintenance of it's servers and enterprise solutions. Mr. Huston developed the back-end of the engine that runs CityCheers.com. He also designed the user interface for the entire website. As VP of CityCheers.com, Mr. Huston is also responsible for long term strategic planning for the CityCheers.com and is responsible for the oversight of all CityCheers.com website development. He manages and oversees all the programming and maintenance to the website and database.

Paul is obsessed with starting companies. Originally from Colorado, he started his first venture while in high school - a computer consulting firm that specialized in small business networking. Later he studied Entrepreneurship and Music Industry at the University of Southern California, where he graduated in 2009. While working at USC, Paul developed web and mobile applications that were used by over 100,000 students, faculty, and staff. Most recently, Paul co-founded and managed all technical operations for OrderingApps. When he’s not in front of a computer, Paul is likely DJing; he spins at Hollywood clubs such as Avalon and The Roxy.

Born and raised in Silicon Valley, D.J. is an Apple Certified Technician with 15 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator. D.J. has managed hundreds of workstations, servers and Help Desk systems for large and small businesses and institutions. Prior to joining the CityCheers team, D.J. was the Mac Lab Systems Programmer at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and Owner / Operator of Network 71, a small business providing IT services to over 60 clients. D.J. manages network and Internet services for American Indoor Advertising and CityCheers, and also provides support in the areas of Web programming and design, database design, graphic design and video production.

Robert Hunter was born on Cape Cod and moved to southern California in 1954 and San Jose this last year. He graduated from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and from Cornell University in NY with an MBA in Finance. Mr. Hunter has over 30 years of Financial and Accounting experience (16 as a Controller) with twelve companies in seven different industries, including manufacturing, service, technology, and entertainment. Besides accounting, he brings to AIAI experience in budget and forecasting, financial analysis, and cash management.

Shirley Collins began her high tech career at Memorex in the disk drive assembly division. She later became Supervisor for the Document Control Group. Shirley then transitioned to the research and development division at Western Digital for three years. Ms. Collins delivers 20 years of experience in the areas of production, inspection, and corporate process. As Director of Operations she maintains a dual role. First, she will manage the process of aggregating the CityCheers content for the host venues through the 50 Market Managers that will be reporting to her and her in-house support staff of six administrational assistants. Shirley will also have four regional managers reporting to her. Additionally, Shirley's team is responsible for the installation and on-going maintenance of AIAI's network of Interactive Billboards in all 40 metropolitan areas. The second area of responsibility is the oversight for AIAI's Interactive Billboard fabrication team. This team will inventory, fabricate, package and ship an average of 4,000 Interactive Billboards every month for 18 months.

Veronica Lenz is a native of San Jose, California. She attended San Jose State University, earning a BA in Computer Art with a minor in Electric Acoustic Music. Ms. Lenz has 10+ years of experience in graphic design. She has been with the company since 1999 and has been responsible for the oversight and management of AIAI's Design Department and CityCheers Production Department. The CityCheers Production Department will consist of a team of six people that will be responsible for the aggregation of the host venues' Website data, descriptions, photos, logos, and menus from the 40 area Market Managers and then uploading that content to the CityCheers.com server database. Ms. Lenz's team ensures that all of AIAI's 15,000 host venues and 10,000 Premium Listing customers have websites that are maintained properly and updated with current source materials on a regular basis. The AIAI Design department is responsible for the development of client messages in addition to the prepress work and market content delegation for AIAI's network of 75,000 Interactive Billboards. The design department is also responsible for fabricating the ecards, coupons, and gift certificates for our CityCheers customers.
